Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. You will receive email confirmation once your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount. Sale items may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for the resolution of refund-related inquiries.
